INTERVIEW: Winner Joel Cryderman  |

QUOTES: Shane Cottle  |

Chris Nunn tracked down Shane Cottle after the race, and he talked about the contact with Cryderman earlier in the race and when he spun the car leading on lap 72. On lap 59, Cottle went low underneath Cryderman off of turn 4 for the lead.

"I got up underneath him (in turn three). He turned straight left into me," Cottle said back at the trailer. "He knew he was beat, and he tried to take us out of the race."

Cottle would wrestle the lead away from Cryderman going down the front stretch, and he would open up a comfortable lead over Cryderman.

"After that (incident with Cryderman), he got me a little angry," Cottle went on to say. "And I abused the tires. I got in out of the rubber (the preferred line). The tires were bald, and I just spun out."

Cottle was scored eleventh.

Cryderman's right rear quarter panels heavy damage, but it did not effect the car's handling as he would open a slight advanatage before he would take the checkered flag.
