RaceRPM.com - Racing Radio OVERVIEW:
RaceRPM.com - Racing Radio features track side updates and live radio web cats of some of the bigger races in the USA. You will also hear audio interviews of drivers and sanctioning bodies from the dirt track racing world. We are here to help promote dirt track racing. It's not what we do; it's what we live.

BRIEF HISTORY:
Based in Cedar Falls, IA, RaceRPM.com was started in 2002 providing what we call "Limited Updates" trackside from dirt tracks in Eastern Iowa. We quickly became know as "Those Live Update Guys". Race fans that could not make it to the track were able to download .MP3 audio files through out the night to stay on top of what was happening at the track. Since then we have added such events as the IMCA Super Nationals at the Boone Speedway (2003, 2005 &, 2006), East Bay Raceway Park's Winter Nationals (2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007), the Duel in the Desert at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (2005), Knoxville Raceway's IMCA Harris Clash (2003, 2005, & 2006), and more.

RADIO WEB CASTS:
In 2005, the addition of live radio web casts was added to our dirt track racing coverage. With very few web sites offering this to dirt track race fans, RaceRPM.com has made a commitment to providing the most entertaining racing web casts. Those Live Update Guys work very hard to not only describe the racing action but have fun doing it. After all, it's not what we do; it's what we live.

TV Broadcasts:
In 2005, the RaceRPM.com crew teamed up with the Short Track Network (www.shorttracknetwork.com) to serve as the play-by-play hosts of a show produced by STN called the "Midwest Speed Zone." This relationship will continue to grow in 2007. You can look for more of the RaceRPM.com crew to be involved with the Short Track Network.

MEET THE VOICES:
Bucky Doren: Cedar Falls, IA
Bucky Doren has taken is love for radio and racing and merged them together to create RaceRPM.com. Growing up in the Quad Cities, Doren traveled along with his father's race team across Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois in the 70's. Currently acting as a radio morning show co-host and program director at K-98.5 (KOEL-FM / Waterloo, IA), he finds a way to be in two places at once. Mornings at the radio station and evenings at the race track is a typical summer day for Doren (who needs sleep). He is the producer and stat-man for all RaceRPM.com's radio web casts.

Chris Marchese: Cedar Falls, IA
Chris Marchese cut his teeth in the racing world shoeing go-karts, dragging street rods, and even racing a few lawn mowers (do not ask). Marchese finds himself today as the owner of Sub City on the College Hill (Cedar Falls, IA) and car owner-driver of B-Mod, SportMod, or what ever they are called today. Not only does Marchese act as the co-host of the play-by-play during RaceRPM.com web casts, he serves as the racing mechanical/technical expert (if we can use this word with his name).

Tracy Taylor: Seattle, WA
Tracy Taylor serves as the official voice of RaceRPM.com. The soft, curvy voice you hear during RaceRPM.com's radio web casts and other downloadable items is hers. Taylor is learning about the world of dirt track racing. Trust us when we say that she knows that if there isn't dirt in your beer, you haven't been racing. You can hear her sexy voice on Seattle, WA's KJR-AM 950 Sports Radio.

Chris Nunn: Bloomington, IN
Chris Nunn is the voice at the Brownstown Speedway (Brownstown, IN) on Saturday nights. Nunn joins the RaceRPM.com Pit Crew each February for their coverage of the East Bay Winter Nationals. He even joined the crew for the the 2006 IMCA Super Nationals. From time to time, you will hear Nunn providing limited updates in Eastern Illinois and Western Indiana.
